TELECOM & MANAGED IT RADAR + LIVE INVENTORY

Find businesses while connectivity and technology decisions may still be in play.

PermitPub collects current public records that can reveal businesses opening, moving, expanding, remodeling, changing operators, or preparing a location for occupancy. Depending on the market and source, those signals may include new business licenses, sign permits, tenant improvements, commercial buildouts, occupancy and change-of-use filings, and descriptions involving data cabling, communications, low voltage, network work, or related infrastructure.

PermitPub filters obvious home-only noise, organizes the fields supplied by each source, and delivers matching records by CSV Monday through Friday.

These are filtered public-record sales signals, not appointments, enriched prospects, or confirmation that a company is currently shopping for internet, phones, networking, cabling, cybersecurity, or managed IT. Exact live record details remain locked until monthly access begins.

LIVE TELECOM & MSP INVENTORY

See which businesses are changing in your territory now.

Telecom & Managed IT Radar includes direct technology-infrastructure signals and the broader business changes that create technology demand. A filing that mentions communications, data, cabling, network, fiber, or low voltage may be directly relevant. A new business license, sign permit, tenant improvement, occupancy filing, move, remodel, or expansion may reveal a company that still needs internet, backup connectivity, phones, Wi-Fi, networking, devices, cybersecurity, or managed IT support.

Use the live preview to confirm that PermitPub has current matching activity in the markets you work. The representative still decides which records deserve a call, visit, mailing, or further research.

WHAT THE FEED CAN REVEAL

Watch the business changes that create telecom and IT buying windows.

New businesses and new locations

New business licenses, registrations, sign permits, and opening-related records can identify a new operator, storefront, office, clinic, restaurant, warehouse, or service company before ordinary business lists fully catch up.

Moves, buildouts, and occupancy

Tenant improvements, commercial interiors, remodels, expansions, changes of use, and occupancy filings can reveal locations being wired, furnished, staffed, connected, reopened, or prepared for customers.

Direct communications and infrastructure work

Public descriptions may mention communications, data, structured cabling, network, fiber, low voltage, equipment rooms, or related infrastructure. Availability and terminology vary by source and market.

FROM SIGNAL TO SALES CONVERSATION

Reach the business while its technology requirements are still being defined.

Prioritize the newest relevant changes.

Start with new locations, moves, buildouts, occupancy activity, and direct infrastructure descriptions in the territory.

Identify the likely operator or project contact.

Use the source-provided business, owner, applicant, contractor, address, or other fields as a starting point. Research missing decision-maker information when needed.

Ask what has already been selected.

Qualify internet service, backup connectivity, voice or UCaaS, structured cabling, network and Wi-Fi, managed IT, cybersecurity, device rollout, and support requirements that fit what the representative actually sells.

Follow up before the move or opening becomes old news.

Call, visit, mail, or monitor the project while the timing is still useful.

A filing can identify business activity without proving that an internet, telecom, cabling, network, or managed-service contract is available. PermitPub provides the timely source-backed signal; the representative qualifies the opportunity and verifies serviceability.

DEMONSTRATION RECORDS

See the kinds of records a telecom or managed IT representative can receive.

These are genuine PermitPub demonstration records shown separately from the live inventory above. Public sources provide different fields, so the examples intentionally show real variation in names, contacts, values, descriptions, and completeness. They are product examples, not the live records from the territory you searched.

A demonstration record may now be older than 21 days but met PermitPub's active-record rule when collected.

The table scrolls horizontally on narrow screens. Blank source fields remain blank in the CSV.

BUILT FROM TELECOM AND DATACOM FIELD EXPERIENCE

Built by someone who used public signals to find businesses earlier.

“I spent decades selling telecom and datacom. Permits and licenses helped me see where businesses were opening, moving, expanding, or rebuilding before ordinary business lists caught up. I built PermitPub to repeat that search every day and deliver the useful signals in one working feed.”

WHAT PERMITPUB DOES NOT PROVIDE

Know what the records can and cannot tell you.

QUICK ANSWERS

Know what access includes.

Does every record mean a company is shopping for telecom or managed IT?

No. A record indicates current business or project activity worth evaluating. It does not prove that the business is shopping, that a budget exists, or that a vendor decision remains open.

Do all records explicitly mention cabling, network, or communications work?

No. Telecom & Managed IT Radar intentionally includes both direct infrastructure descriptions and broader signals such as new business licenses, sign permits, tenant improvements, moves, occupancy filings, and commercial buildouts. Those broader records may reveal a business that deserves further research.

Do all records include a phone number or email address?

No. Contact fields are included only when the public source supplies them. A record may instead provide a location, business, owner, applicant, contractor, filing number, description, value, or source link.

Does PermitPub confirm carrier availability or serviceability?

No. The representative or provider must confirm serviceability, available carriers, installation timing, technical requirements, and contract eligibility.

Are the records exclusive?

No. Public records remain public, and standard PermitPub subscriptions are non-exclusive. Protected distribution is available only under a separate agreement.

Can I cancel a standard monthly plan?

Yes. Standard PermitPub plans renew month to month and can be canceled before the next renewal, subject to the current PermitPub terms.
