Not every record type is available in every market.

No. Public records remain public, and standard PermitPub subscriptions are non-exclusive. The subscription pays for PermitPub's monitoring, collection, filtering, organization, and delivery service. Protected distribution or exclusive access requires a separate written agreement.

Supported sources are monitored throughout the day, but each public agency controls when and how its records are published. No. Public permit, license, registration, and sales-tax sources often do not publish a clean decision-maker email address. PermitPub includes source-supplied email fields when available and leaves them blank when they are not.

No. Many building-permit records include a project or business location, but some sources publish only a partial location, parcel reference, market, filing type, or description. Records with usable locations may include map links. Records without a mappable location remain available with the other fields the source supplied.

Member records include source information, and PermitPub includes a direct public record link when a stable source URL is available. Public previews keep source-specific actionable details locked until access begins.

Field Rep Access is $29 per month for one producer. It includes up to 250 assigned matching records per billing period, up to five selected local markets or National Feed, one active sales focus, one user, one delivery email, weekday CSV delivery, CSV history, Lead Desk, and mapping when usable locations are available. The subscription renews monthly until canceled.

Create or sign in to your PermitPub account before checkout and use the same email for the account and Stripe payment. After payment, choose up to five local markets or National Feed, select one active sales focus, and confirm the delivery email. National Feed with the High-Risk focus is strict-only. Its monthly record allowance is a maximum, not a guaranteed delivery total when qualifying inventory is limited.

Markets and the active sales focus can be selected before the first records are assigned. After records have been assigned, market or sales-focus changes take effect at the next billing renewal under the current plan rules. This prevents one subscription from being rotated through every market and category during the same month.

Yes. PermitPub emails spreadsheet-ready CSV files and keeps delivery history in the member area. The files can be opened in a spreadsheet or imported into a compatible CRM. Standard access is for the buyer's internal sales and prospecting use and does not include resale or redistribution rights.

The CSV is the core product. Lead Desk is an included convenience for notes, status, priority, contacts, and follow-up dates. Mapping and route tools are available when a record contains a usable location. Records without a complete location remain in the CSV with the other source-supplied fields.

A zero market means PermitPub does not currently have enough qualified matching preview records to show. A zero-result state should offer a market request or notification option instead of pushing a subscription.

Yes. Use Request a Market for a city, county, state, or source you want PermitPub to evaluate. Requests help determine which sources move up the collection and qualification queue. A different publicly available and crawlable source may also be considered for a custom data feed, but PermitPub does not promise that every source can be accessed or maintained reliably.

PermitPub reviews records reported as duplicates, outside the stated 21-day active window, assigned to the wrong selected market, materially inconsistent with the cited public source, or clearly outside the selected record filter. Confirmed issues may be replaced or credited under the current terms.

A missing phone number or email address, an unavailable decision-maker, an existing vendor relationship, lack of customer interest, an uncertain opening date, or an unsuccessful sales attempt is not a record-quality defect when the delivered record accurately reflects the public source.
