A PermitPub record is a filtered, source-backed public filing or record that may show a business, property, or project changing. Examples include permits, licenses, registrations, sign activity, occupancy filings, tenant improvements, remodels, and related public records. Use the filing date, location, and work description to prepare a relevant call or visit.

Contact and project details come from the public source. PermitPub organizes those fields, standardizes labels, and may create a plain-English headline. The standard feed uses source-provided details rather than third-party contact enrichment.

Start with the project or business activity described in the filing. Ask about the timeline, who handles the service you sell, and what they need for the location. Their answers help you decide what to offer and when to follow up.

Depending on the market, source, and selected sales focus, PermitPub may include building permits, business licenses, registrations, seller or sales-tax records, sign permits, occupancy filings, tenant improvements, commercial buildouts, remodels, and related public activity. Live Inventory shows the categories currently available in each market.

Standard PermitPub subscriptions are non-exclusive. The subscription pays for PermitPub's monitoring, collection, filtering, organization, and delivery service. Protected distribution or exclusive access requires a separate written agreement.

Active member inventory uses a 21-day record window. PermitPub monitors supported sources throughout the day as agencies publish records. Fixed demonstration records show examples collected within the active window and retain their original dates.

PermitPub retains a separate, compact 45-day archive of permit facts for historical research and activity comparisons. Current public inventory and standard lead delivery use the 21-day active window. Research retention is separate from subscriber access and plan allowances.

Public pages let you confirm current inventory counts, broad record categories, market activity, and locked record summaries. Exact live names, addresses, record numbers, source links, exports, and other actionable details remain locked until monthly access begins.

Live Inventory shows whether PermitPub has current matching activity in the market and sales focus you searched without giving away the exact records. Actual Demo Records are a small, approved set of genuine public records shown separately so visitors can inspect the product format and the real variation in public-source fields.

Phone numbers are included when the public source supplies them. You can use the phone-number filter in Live Inventory to find records with a published number.

Email addresses are included when the public source publishes them. Available contact fields vary by agency and record type.

Records with usable project or business locations may include map links. Some agencies publish a parcel reference or partial location; those records retain the other available filing details in your CSV.

Member records include source information, and PermitPub includes a direct public record link when a stable source URL is available. Public previews keep source-specific actionable details locked until access begins.

Field Rep Access is $29 per month for one producer. It includes up to 250 assigned matching records per billing period, up to five selected local markets or National Feed, one active sales focus, one user, one delivery email, weekday CSV delivery, CSV history, Lead Desk, and mapping when usable locations are available. The subscription renews monthly until canceled.

Create or sign in to your PermitPub account before checkout and use the same email for the account and Stripe payment. After payment, choose up to five local markets or National Feed, select one active sales focus, and confirm the delivery email. PermitPub attaches deliveries, CSV history, downloads, and Lead Desk access to that account.

After payment and feed setup, PermitPub prepares up to 50 of the newest available matching records from the selected coverage. The exact first-delivery count depends on current qualified activity. New matching records continue Monday through Friday until the monthly allowance is reached.

New matching records are delivered Monday through Friday, once per weekday.

A record counts against the monthly allowance when PermitPub assigns it to the account. Downloading the same file or record again does not consume another record. Unused allowance does not roll over, and new assignments pause when the monthly allowance is reached unless the account moves to a larger plan.

For selected local markets, PermitPub prioritizes strict High-Risk Merchant signals and may add same-market standard Payment Processing prospects when strict inventory is below the delivery target. Every delivered record identifies match_type as strict_high_risk or supplemental_payment_processing, and supplemental records are never represented as strict matches.

National Feed with the High-Risk focus is strict-only. Its monthly record allowance is a maximum, not a guaranteed delivery total when qualifying inventory is limited.

Markets and the active sales focus can be selected before the first records are assigned. After records have been assigned, market or sales-focus changes take effect at the next billing renewal under the current plan rules.

Yes. PermitPub emails spreadsheet-ready CSV files and keeps delivery history in the member area. The files can be opened in a spreadsheet or imported into a compatible CRM. Standard access is for the buyer's internal sales and prospecting use and does not include resale or redistribution rights.

Use Lead Desk to organize notes, status, priority, contacts, and follow-up dates. Mapping and route tools help you plan visits to records with usable locations. Your CSV is also available for work in your own spreadsheet or CRM.

National Feed delivers matching records across supported markets under your plan's monthly allowance. High-Volume National Feed supports up to 10,000 matching records per billing month and is the standard plan that can be configured with statewide feeds. Search, exports, and historical access follow the selected plan's terms.

Field Rep Access covers one producer and up to 250 assigned records per billing period. Historical bulk exports, API access, team use, and custom research require a separate larger or custom arrangement. Standard subscriptions are for internal prospecting; resale and redistribution rights require a separate agreement.

Counts reflect the matching records currently available from each market's public sources. They change as agencies publish new activity and older records leave the active window. Try broader filters or request a market when your search returns zero.

Yes. Use Request a Market for a city, county, state, or source you want PermitPub to evaluate. Requests help prioritize new coverage. We review the source's public access, record fields, and update schedule to determine whether it can support a maintained feed.

Use the Larger Plans page for broader territory, team, national, and custom options. Field Rep Access is for one producer. Team sharing, additional recipients, larger record allowances, additional markets, and configured high-volume coverage belong on a larger plan.

Standard access is shared. Protected distribution requires a separate written agreement in which PermitPub limits distribution of a specifically defined market, category, or territory during the paid term. The agreement defines the coverage and distribution limits; the underlying records remain public.

PermitPub reviews records reported as duplicates, outside the stated 21-day active window, assigned to the wrong selected market, materially inconsistent with the cited public source, or clearly outside the selected record filter. Confirmed issues may be replaced or credited under the current terms.

We check the delivered record against its public source, date, selected market, and sales filter. Available fields vary by source. The record-quality terms explain the review and replacement policy.

Yes. Field Rep Access renews month to month and can be canceled before the next renewal through the available Stripe billing path or a written support request that can be matched to the account email. The current Terms of Service control billing and cancellation.
