How PermitPub Operates

I've spent over 30 years as a salesman, and I know what a low-fit record list feels like. Raw public records contain routine renewals, corrections, administrative filings, residential work, and other activity that may not fit a customer’s selected sales focus. I built PermitPub to help representatives spend less time sorting through that noise.

PermitPub checks supported public sources throughout the day. Collection frequency varies by source availability, publishing schedule, and technical limits. Active inventory is generally 21 days old or newer. Source publication schedules and processing delays can affect when a record first becomes available.

PermitPub removes obvious administrative noise and filters out home-only or low-fit records when the source data provides enough information to do so. The remaining records can reveal businesses and projects that are building, opening, remodeling, moving, or changing in ways that give a representative a timely reason to investigate.

Each record identifies its public source and includes available filing numbers, dates, parties, addresses, project details, and contact fields when the source publishes them. You can check the record against the issuing authority’s source.

I’m still selling for a living myself, so this is the tool I wish I’d had back when I was standing in line at the courthouse behind five other reps, hoping I’d get to the door first. Now you don’t have to stand in that line. The data does the digging. You do the selling.

If a delivered record is duplicated within a delivery, outside the stated active-age window, outside your selected market or filters, or materially conflicts with its cited source, tell us so we can review it for replacement or credit.
