Thanks for visiting PermitPub. Our permit and business license data is the freshest out there. Nothing's older than 21 days, most is within a week. It's in our database before it's in any of the competitors, and if you want to sell more, you need to get up out of the desk and go see new businesses. You'll exceed your quotas. Here's how you use PermitPub. First, let's log in, or for your case, let's get access. You can continue with Google if you choose to, you can create an account directly, or you can sign in. I'm already registered, so I'm going to sign in.

Alright, now I'm signed in, and you can see I have a note to the right here called my lead desk. Anytime you buy leads, you will automatically get access to the lead desk where you can store your leads, make notes on them, and map out the routes for your visits. Let's show how to search for leads. Click Live Lead Inventory in the top menu. For this test, we're going to choose any qualified sales lead. While you can type in your market, I'm going to use the drop-down, going to select Austin, Texas, permits and business licenses. I'm going to search for the term office. Values have to be over $100,000, and I want it to have a phone number.

Even if it has a phone number, I recommend that you show up and go see the business or the new establishment that's being built out. If you call them, that's a good reason for them not to be there when you show up, so you've got the element of surprise, and you may very well be the first person in the door of these new buildouts. Let's look over the records that we pulled from Austin. Alright, here's a new shell building, new construction. Now, by the way, I could, oh no, I did select the listed values, so we're good there. So, with the office buildout here in the city of Austin, new shell building, let's go ahead and check that.

We want to get that one. It's a very strong source match. 5 million buildout. Tenant improvement of an REI retail space. Let's go ahead and pick a few more. 8 million project. And we're going to go to checkout. I have a demo account set up through Stripe, so I don't have to pay for this, but I've got six leads. If you buy leads directly, they're $5 for the first lead or the first five leads. Doesn't matter. Take your pick, and $1 every lead after that, so I've got six leads. The cost is $6. You can also sign up monthly. We've got a starter pack now that's absolutely free.

You get five leads a week for a total of 45 days, and that's from one market only, and national markets with 250 leads a month, it's only $49 a month for our early launch pricing. I'm going to go ahead and complete the order, and it's going to take me to the lead desk, which we discussed a moment ago. All right, I have six total leads. Haven't touched any of them. Haven't decided if any of them are hot or cold or one or not. I can refresh the leads if I want to see it again. If I want to export the CSV, I can do that. In fact, let me show you what the lead contains.

This will help you so you can see what the actual CSV you'll get will look like. You get the record ID, there are the phone numbers associated with it, contact names, the name of the companies. It will show you the project value, what it is, the address, even the latitude and longitude on some of them. The contacts again, additional direct contacts even for the construction companies, and the contact source. We want you to be able to go and see where we got the information. And if you go yourself, you'll see that you'll have to dig through about 20,000 records.

So be glad that we automated, but this just goes to show you the actual quality of the lead records. Okay, I'm going to close that at this point. And here's the actual lead desk. Some of those that were on the CSV a minute ago, you can see you've got the phone number here, you've got the names to reach out to. You've got the exact address. Again, you can call them, but people, don't call them. Get out of your desk, get in your car, get on the subway, whatever, and go see them. You can also note anything you want to.

You can put who it is, you can put who the owner is, you can make notes about it, and then you can save them and it will keep those notes for you. Scroll through the rest of these leads. Let me go down and show you the mapping now. This is the lead pack we've got. It's Austin, Texas, and I'm going to go and open the route. Let's say I wanted to go visit all of these. Now this is going to be interesting because I've got to make a long trip to begin with. And since I'm in the Los Angeles area, I think I'd better get to where we happen to be. So I'm going to go to Austin, Texas. And this will all make it a little bit more clear.

All right, here's the route, depending on where you're from, to all of the calls that you make for that day. So that shows you where the locations are. You can zoom in, you can take a look at them. I mean, hey, it's Google Maps, it's great. If you want to, you can also delete the lead pack if you want to. I'm going to delete it. And now it's picking up an additional lead pack, which is one I had in New York City. So it'll save your packages. And you'll be able to work your leads much better that way. Anytime a lead is bad, you can mark the lead bad if you need to. And that way you don't ever get junk.
