We monitor public records so you do not have to.

PermitPub monitors supported building-permit, business-license, and related public-record sources throughout the day. We filter out obvious unrelated activity, organize the fields each source provides, and deliver matching records from your selected markets by CSV Monday through Friday.

PermitPub delivers filtered public-record sales signals, not exclusive leads or verified prospects. Available names, addresses, phone numbers, project parties, and other details vary by public source.

Live search records remain locked until monthly access begins. Anonymized demonstration records are displayed separately so you can see the type and range of information PermitPub delivers.

Quick walkthrough

From public source to working CSV in five steps.

1. Check current inventory

Choose a city or county and a sales focus to see whether PermitPub currently has matching records. The preview confirms availability without revealing the exact records you came to find.

Check Inventory

2. Choose what fits your sales work

Select the permit, license, or commercial activity that may be useful for what you sell. Add keyword, date, value, or contact-field filters only when they improve the results.

3. Review the proof

Review current inventory counts, locked record summaries, and anonymized demonstration records. Demo records are shown separately from the live results in your selected territory.

Matching records are delivered by email in CSV format once per weekday, Monday through Friday. Work the file in your own spreadsheet or CRM, or use the included Lead Desk, CSV history, and mapping tools when useful.

What you can verify before subscribing

PermitPub lets you confirm that current inventory exists without giving away the exact records in the market you searched.

Before monthly access With monthly access
Current inventory counts by market and sales focus, broad record categories, 21-day freshness information, locked record summaries, and a controlled set of anonymized demonstration records. The exact record fields supplied by the public source, including addresses, business or project names, permit or license numbers, descriptions, named parties, phone numbers, source information, declared values, and map links when available.
Demonstration records selected by PermitPub are shown separately so you can evaluate the product without receiving the live records from your chosen territory. Matching records from your selected markets are attached to your account, delivered by weekday CSV, and made available for download and workflow tools.

The live records from your search remain locked until access begins. Demonstration records are selected separately and do not provide free access to the inventory the visitor searched for.

What you get with access

The CSV is the core product.

PermitPub delivers the information that public sources actually provide. Some records include a business name, complete address, phone number, applicant, contractor, owner, or other named party. Other records may contain only a location, filing date, record type, description, or project details. PermitPub does not add missing contact information or independently verify buying intent.

Source Fields

The available public-record details.

Records include the available market, filing type, date, address or business location, project or business description, named parties, permit or license number, source information, declared value, and contact fields when supplied by the source.

CSV

Weekday CSV delivery.

Matching records are delivered by email once per weekday, Monday through Friday. Files can be opened in a spreadsheet, imported into another CRM, distributed to reps, or downloaded again from account history.

Mapping

Map records with usable locations.

Records containing a usable location may include map links and can be opened in PermitPub's route tools for field planning. Records without a complete or mappable location remain available in the CSV with the other fields supplied by the source.

Lead Desk

Optional follow-up tools.

Use Lead Desk to save notes, status, priority, contacts, and next follow-up dates when it fits your workflow. Lead Desk is included for convenience; the CSV remains the primary delivery method.

What PermitPub does and does not do

PermitPub saves you from repeatedly checking government portals, interpreting different source formats, removing obvious unrelated activity, and combining matching records into a working file.

PermitPub does PermitPub does not
Monitor supported public-record sources, collect current records, filter them according to the selected sales focus, organize the available fields, and deliver matching records by weekday CSV. Add missing phone numbers or emails, identify a verified decision-maker for every record, confirm that every business needs what you sell, make public information exclusive, or guarantee appointments and sales.

The record gives a salesperson a timely reason to investigate. The salesperson decides whether the opportunity fits.

Record-quality support

PermitPub reviews records reported as duplicates, outside the stated 21-day active window, assigned to the wrong selected market, materially inconsistent with the public source, or clearly outside the selected record filter. Approved issues may be replaced or credited under the current terms.

Missing contact fields, inability to reach a decision-maker, lack of customer interest, or an unsuccessful sales visit are not record-quality defects when the delivered record accurately reflects the public source.
