PermitPub checkout opens after access is confirmed. Get access first, then buy the exact lead records or monthly feed that fits your market. Use the same email for account access and checkout so PermitPub can attach purchases, CSVs, saved searches, maps, and subscriptions to you.
After checkout
PermitPub ties paid access to the same email you use at checkout. Use that email when you sign in, and your Lead Picker purchases or monthly access show up in the member area.
Stripe confirms payment, PermitPub stores the exact records you selected, emails the CSV attachment, and stores the same records under your account for the permit map.
Stripe creates an active subscription entitlement tied to your email, lead type, and selected market. Sign in any time to export current inventory while the subscription is active.
Monthly access does not create a new fixed pack every morning. It unlocks current lead records so you can download a fresh CSV from the member area.
